Within the framework of the Festival, two film reviews, the International Nature and Environmental Protection Film Review, and the Carpathian Basin Nature Values Film Review will be announced.

WATER-WAYS

International

Nominations could be made for the International Nature and Environmental Protection Film Review in the following three categories: Nature Film, Short Film, and Cartoon and Animation Film.

The organizers of the Festival expect both Hungarian and international works in this Film Review in Hungarian (with English subtitles) and in English.

The organizers are looking for high-quality works that exceed the 40-minute duration in the field of nature or environmental protection, the relationship between nature and man, sustainability and climate protection, as well as scientific dissemination.

You can also apply for this category with works related to nature and environmental protection. Please note that films cannot exceed 40 minutes.

The organizers expect drawing and animation films in this category, for both children and adults. There is no time limit, but the topic must match nature and environmental protection, topics that include nature.

Carpathian Basin

Nominations could be made for the International Nature and Environmental Protection Film Review in the following three categories: Nature Film, Short Film, and Cartoon and Animation Film.

The organizers expect both Hungarian and international works in this Film Review in Hungarian (with English subtitles) and in English.

The organizers are looking for high-quality works on the themes of nature or environmental protection, sustainability, preservation of tradition, „people in the landscape”, and nature, which were made in/from the Carpathian Basin. Films can be at least 40 minutes long.

Works of a maximum length of 40 minutes can be nominated, which also talk about nature or environmental protection, the preservation of traditions, „people in the landscape”, and nature in the Carpathian Basin.

Hungarian and international amateur film productions can be entered into the Third Eye category, even in the form of uncut etudes made by phone, but only in the field of nature or environmental protection. Works in English or Hungarian (with English subtitles) of a maximum length of 5 minutes can be submitted.
