This National Park Service film follows two biologists fight to save a bird species so rare, there are only 200 left on the planet. The extinction event of our lifetime is unfolding inside Haleakala National Park's remote back country. David Ehrenberg is an American filmmaker best known for his work with the National Park Service. David started his career at National Geographic Magazine and then joined the National Park Service’s team of documentary directors and producers located at the Harpers Ferry Center for Interpretive Design. David seeks to share cultural and natural history narratives through approaches that place emphasis on visual storytelling.
